We built our demand forecasting and inventory management skills at companies such as Victoria’s Secret, Target, Tiffany & Co., Nordstrom, Bed Bath & Beyond, Backcountry, Gap, L Brands, Big Lots, Justice, FabKids, and more. Now, we’re bringing that inventory planning experience to you in categories ranging from apparel, accessories, jewelry, and beauty, to home, kitchen, food, outdoor, toys, and everything in between.

FOUNDER AND CEO

Mary Wiegand

Mary began her retail career as an inventory planner for Target, Tiffany & Co., and Victoria’s Secret. She then jumped into the start-up world at direct sales jewelry company Chloe + Isabel. In 2017, Mary founded Boon, LLC with an unmatched vision for the industry: A flexible, personalized inventory planning experience for every client, delivering exceptional quality planning at an affordable price. Today, with a growing team of experts, and a stellar client list, Mary continues to provide unparalleled planning, reporting, and process management.

When Mary isn’t working, she is focused on big blended family of 8, or cheering on the Minnesota Twins.

    Allie Dahlseng, VP Client Solutions

    Allie joined Boon in 2018. Prior to that, she gained extensive experience across inventory planning, forecasting, and merchandise planning in her 10 years with Victoria’s Secret. Allie enjoys problem-solving and creating solutions for complex business needs. With a curious and thorough approach, Allie is dedicated to providing each client with inventory accuracy tools and solutions to guide thoughtful business strategies.

    When Allie isn’t playing in Excel, she is enjoying life’s everyday adventures with her husband and two young children.

    Michelle Stitch, Consulting Director

    With over 18 years of retail experience, Michelle has held various analytical roles in merchandise planning, allocation, and purchasing across multiple retail channels, specifically e-commerce, brick and mortar, and catalog. She’s worked with major retailers including Kohl’s, Meijer, and Victoria’s Secret, where she served as a leader on the team, helping to drive system and process improvements as well as coaching and developing new talent. Michelle has experience with many different systems and adapts easily to meet our clients’ needs.

    When she’s not working with Boon, Michelle is balancing the schedules of her three active children, volunteering with the local PTA, and finding efficient ways to update her 1960s forever home.

    Laura Regallis, Consulting Director

    Laura joined Boon in 2022 with 10 years of experience working for Big Lots, Victoria’s Secret, Justice, and Bath & Body Works. Her past roles include omni channel merchandise planning, inventory forecasting, and buying and allocation. Laura loves implementing and improving processes for clients, collaborating on projects with other team members, and creating more efficient spreadsheets!

    When not working, she loves spending time with her husband, daughter and dog, and practicing yoga.

    Abbie Pon, Senior Consultant

    Abbie joined Boon in 2022 with over 20 years of retail experience. After starting her career in merchandise planning at Mervyn’s, she spent 12 years at Gap Inc, working in various forms of demand forecasting and inventory management before landing at Athleta in 2014. She took her love of establishing processes and teams and, taking advantage of living in the Bay Area, landed roles as Lead of Planning at two start-ups, FabKids.com and Cora. She fell in love with driving holistic business decisions from pricing to inventory and carried those skills to a consulting project for Amazon businesses.

    Abbie lives outside San Francisco with her husband and two children. When not on the sidelines rooting for her kids’ teams, she loves dancing, the outdoors and gathering with friends at local watering holes.

    Anne Kornahrens, Consultant

    Anne joined Boon in 2021 to provide project management and business development expertise. In her day job, she works on science programs drawing on her chemistry PhD only rarely. She has worked in the government and non-profit spaces, and brings her problem solving and data-minded outlook to the team.

    In her spare time, she loves rock climbing and being outdoors.

    Britt Braddock, Senior Consultant

    Brittany joined Boon in 2022 with a decade of merchandise planning experience working for Victoria’s Secret, Backcountry.com, and several retail start-ups. Start-up culture is where she found her career passion. Brittany thrives on making an impact and having the opportunity to define and implement new processes and tools for growing businesses. She has extensive experience with cutting-edge business intelligence solutions, enjoys problem-solving, and is always excited to discover new formulas and efficiencies in spreadsheets!

    When not working with Boon, you can find Brittany outdoors on a trail with her husband and three dogs, tending to their small apiary and growing their micro farm, or in her studio working on her herbal skincare line.

    Huda Shaikh, Consultant

    Huda joined Boon in 2023 with over a decade of experience working for major retailers including Macy’s, Boscov’s Department Stores, and Victoria’s Secret. She brings with her a breadth of experience in merchandise planning, demand forecasting and inventory management in a variety of areas including home textiles, housewares, women’s apparel, beauty, and fragrance. Huda enjoys analyzing data, creating more efficient reporting tools for business needs, and partnering with other team members. Huda lives outside of NYC with her husband and two children.

    When not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.

    Kathy Roth, Senior Consultant

    Kathy has 19 years of experience in the retail industry, working with major brands such as Bath & Body Works, Victoria’s Secret, and Bed Bath & Beyond. Her past roles range from merchandise planning to allocations to warehousing.

    In her spare time she enjoys designing cakes and event planning for her small business, and loves traveling to visit new places with her husband and four kids.

    With over 18 years of retail experience, Katie has held various analytical roles in Merchandise Planning, Allocation and Production across multiple retail channels. She’s worked with major retailers including Victoria's Secret, Bath and Body Works and DSW, where she’s helped to drive system and process improvements as well as deliver strong results all while building great relationships. Katie is excited to join the Boon team and help serve their incredible clients!

    In her free time, Katie loves spending time with her husband, Matt and two boys Bennett and Elliott. As a family they love to travel, build legos, go out to dinner and just simply have FUN!! Katie personally loves to bake, do crafty things and watch her favorite cooking shows! You can, however, usually find her on a sports field or court cheering for her boys!

    Katie Rotenberg, Senior Consultant

    Katie has 11 years of experience working in retail at Victoria’s Secret – including roles in inventory management and store planning and analytics. She spent the final of those years in learning and development supporting the planning and allocation function.

    Aside from her love of data analytics and partnering with others, she loves spending time with her husband and kids, Lexie and Aron, watching reality tv, and Peloton-ing!

    Lauren Hopps, Director of Marketing

    Lauren joined the Boon team June 2021. She brings a breadth of experience to the Boon team. A clothing design background, four years of merchandise planning experience at a large national retailer, and ownership of her own small fitness business means Lauren can offer insight into inventory management and analytics, trend and style knowledge, as well as marketing ideas and strategies. She loves getting to support Boon clients with forecasting and reporting needs, as well as managing much of Boon’s creative presence online.

    Aside from all things Boon, Lauren loves to cook and teach empowering group fitness classes!

    Lilly Zabrowski, Director of Business Development

    Lilly spent over 10 years in various merchandise planning and buying roles at Target, Gap, and tobi.com. After becoming a parent, she took a detour and ran a wellness business for a few years before joining the Boon team as Director of Business Development in 2023.

    A natural connector who believes in collaboration over competition, Lilly loves helping new clients discover the services we provide at Boon. She lives in Minneapolis with her husband and two boys, and also owns and runs a large vacation rental property in northern Minnesota.

    Nicole Zerkle, Senior Consultant

    Nicole has been working in retail for 20+ years, working for retailers such as The Limited, American Eagle, and Bath & Body Works. She started in stores, eventually moving into the corporate MP&A space, with roles in inventory management, demand planning, and merchandise planning. Her most recent role was focused on merchandise planning for ecommerce. She loves being able to pull together numbers to tell a story or offer a solution. Nicole joined Boon in 2023 and enjoys the breadth of clients that she gets to work with.

    When not working, Nicole is likely with her two daughters and husband, doing a puzzle, or walking or biking around her neighborhood.
